Brand Development:

Splendor partnered with Starfield Companies to create the complete brand identity for SURFHOUSE Asbury Park. From the beginning, our goal was to craft luxury branding that reflected the unique personality of the property and the lifestyle of its residents. Drawing from our experience in multifamily branding and real estate branding, we built a visual and verbal system that balances modern coastal aesthetics with a strong, recognizable presence. This approach positioned SURFHOUSE as one of the most desirable Asbury Park multifamily communities, setting it apart from other luxury apartment developments in the region.
