M Station

M Station is a magnificent new office and retail development which is being built by SJP Properties to replace a former strip mall in Morristown, NJ. The 2-building, 400,000 sq. ft. complex will help revitalize the area and boost downtown businesses.

The problem is, no one knows about it or understands the significant, potential impact. Splendor was contracted to create a brand for M Station and is in the process of filling traditional and digital channels with cohesive messaging to drive interest in the property.

Our efforts included creating a logo and visual identity and conducting an in-depth brand strategy, positioning, and messaging exercise which uncovered M Station’s greatest strengths and differentiators.

M Station’s website was designed and built with the goal of increasing online traffic and inquiries. This custom website included high-end functionality and an intuitive interface. We paired with this our email marketing campaigns and slide deck presentations which has led to negotiations and leases totaling over 100,000 sq. feet.

Instead of a traditional marketing approach focused on the building and its amenities, we highlighted Morristown itself and everything the town has to offer. Email marketing campaigns brought this vision to life and captured an impressive 99% open rate and 40% click-through rate, leading to more meetings and negotiations.

High-impact collateral

To highlight all that M Station and Morristown has to offer, our team designed a print brochure and e-brochure, along with Amenity, Neighborhood and Transit maps to boost engagement and interest in meetings with potential tenants. These items were also made accessible online through the website and printed to handout. This effort helped inform and engage the town and surrounding areas.

Telling story through video

We shot and produced an overview video for M Station that kicked our marketing efforts into high-gear. Pairing important data and information with photos and dazzling graphics and animations told M Station’s story in an unforgettable manner.
