Our Design Process: What You Can Expect

Splendor Design Group is fully committed to every project we take on. From a simple business card design to a complex database-driven website, we take our work very seriously. We follow a protocol that we have developed over the last 10 years that is time-tested and effective. During the lifecycle of any given design project, we may provide some or all of the following:

We believe that a project should maintain momentum from start to finish. We schedule our jobs appropriately and ensure that we correspond with out clients in a timely manner. (We expect the same of you!)

technical support

We can provide maintenance and support for a technical project, though a contract with detailed specifics will most often be required. This may include website upgrades, software support, and stats and analytics monitoring.
