CT Management is a property management firm in New Jersey dedicated to elevating communities one location at a time. Their team needed an intelligent, highly-strategic brand and website to generate excitement and awareness for their new real estate development in Jackson, New Jersey.
Splendor partnered with CT Management to craft a new all-encompassing position to set them apart from the competition. This exercise included a property naming exercise, logo & visual identity, suite of marketing collateral, brand strategy, positioning & messaging, custom web design and development, and email marketing campaign. Through these efforts, we helped CT Management reach greater numbers of potential tenants for their development, The Paragon.
The aesthetic of the new brand and website is modern and sophisticated, with a splash of color that showcases the development’s overall tonality. We designed a custom slide gallery feature that highlights all the property has to offer and we also designed a user-friendly way for potential tenants to fill out and submit an application. We’re currently working through an email and AdWords campaign with their team and are thrilled to see their momentum continue…
