The Birch Group has expanded their portfolio to include over 3.8 million square feet of value-add office, retail and industrial assets in various strategic markets to propel their growth opportunities.
As the company has evolved, so has its opportunities to reach its target audience(s) more impactfully. Splendor had the opportunity to create and establish a unified brand strategy & position, logo & visual identity, comprehensive website, and stunning suite of marketing collateral to make it happen.
The custom website our team planned, designed and engineered included high-end, sophisticated page layout and composition as well as an intuitive interface and functionality with a best-in-class graphics and animations package to make each interaction memorable. In addition, the new website will serve as a hub to house all the firm’s key information and content, property portfolio, investment philosophy, details on their leadership and expertise, career opportunities, and more. Since The Birch Group is poised for great future growth and continues to expand its portfolio, we also made certain that the website can scale and accommodate future acquisitions and success stories with various features throughout.
In tandem with the website, Splendor crafted a captivating brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for The Birch Group to help better resonate, inform, and engage. This powerful copy exercise was paired with a logo design and visual identity package design exercise.
In addition, to further highlight all that The Birch Group has to offer, our team designed a suite of marketing materials and collateral for the team. This suite included custom business cards, a pitch deck, professional letterheads, and more. With creative copy and strong visuals, the result was high-end finished products that effectively reinforced the brand.
