Our Design Process: What You Can Expect

Splendor Design Group is fully committed to every project we take on. From a simple business card design to a complex database-driven website, we take our work very seriously. It is this level of devotion that has earned us the praise of our clients, the recognition of the international design community, and the confidence internally to deliver outstanding design work to our customers.

We follow a protocol that we have developed over the last 10 years that is time-tested and effective. Splendor is dedicated to providing our clients with creative, convincing, cost effective solutions for logo, web and print. During the lifecycle of any given design project, we may provide some or all of the following:

We believe that a project should maintain momentum from start to finish. We schedule our jobs appropriately and ensure that we correspond with out clients in a timely manner. (We expect the same of you!)

technical support

We can provide maintenance and support for a technical project, though a contract with detailed specifics will most often be required. This may include website upgrades, software support, and stats and analytics monitoring.
