When the Florida Panthers came to Splendor with an idea to enhance the in-arena fan experience, the goal was clear: create a dedicated digital platform that would introduce, promote, and drive fans to download the new Florida Panthers Gameday app.
The website would serve as the front door educating fans, building excitement, and ultimately guiding them toward the app that brings the entire game day experience together.
From concept to execution, this was a build-from-the-ground-up collaboration designed to turn awareness into action.
One of the biggest challenges, and opportunities, of the Florida Panthers Gameday project was creating something entirely new while ensuring it felt authentically Panthers.

We partnered closely with the Panthers team to define the brand strategy and positioning for Gameday, shaping how it would be introduced to fans and how the experience would be communicated visually and emotionally.
Every element was designed to support the same objective: make the Gameday app feel like a must-have part of attending a Panthers game.
With strategy in place, we developed a custom logo and visual identity built specifically to support promotion and recognition of the Gameday app.
The identity was bold, energetic, and unmistakably tied to the Panthers brand, designed to grab attention in the arena and remain instantly recognizable on mobile devices.
This branding system helped create consistency across touchpoints, ensuring fans would easily connect the website, in-arena promotion, and app experience as one unified ecosystem.
Unlike traditional marketing websites, Florida Panthers Gameday had a very specific mission: move fans from interest to action.
The site was strategically structured to highlight the benefits of the app, explain how it enhances the in-arena experience, and guide users toward downloading it quickly and intuitively.
Clear messaging, streamlined navigation, and mobile-first design ensured fans could engage with the site in real time, often while already inside the arena.
Every interaction was designed to support one outcome: download the app and elevate the game day experience.
Animation and motion graphics played a key role in keeping energy high and attention focused.
Subtle movement, interactive elements, and transitions were used to guide users through the experience, helping reinforce key features of the app and maintaining the excitement of live hockey.
Motion became a tool for momentum, helping move fans naturally through the site and closer to taking action.
Florida Panthers Gameday wasn’t just about launching a website it was about introducing a brand-new fan experience and giving it a clear, compelling path to adoption.
By combining brand strategy, identity design, website design, and motion, we created a digital platform that not only looked and felt like the Florida Panthers, but actively supported the rollout and promotion of the Gameday app.
The result is a cohesive experience that connects the energy of the arena with the technology fans use, turning game day excitement into engagement that lasts well beyond the final buzzer.
