Our Client SJP Properties tasked us with a unique challenge. The firm needed help marketing their property, Wood Ave S / Metropark, and to change the preconceived notions about office park properties. Splendor’s creative, design and narrative is driving this effort, helping SJP market this Metropark address as a premier Class A commercial real estate destination. This undertaking included a website as well as a logo refresh, location maps, a presentation deck, e-brochure, email marketing, and an overview video.
