Splendor is an award-winning creative agency in Red Bank, NJ. We are currently accepting applications from motivated and reliable Account Managers. While this is not an immediate need, we are always looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.
This is a great hands-on learning environment where you’ll serve as a client liason to assist with branding, digital marketing campaigns, print, and web design projects for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the Splendor’s client Liaison for a variety of design, branding, and marketing clients in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Develop strong client relationships, identify their needs, and build successful strategies and campaigns for their brands
- Manage resources, timelines, and budget allocation for client projects
- Communicate and collaborate internally with Executives and designers, as well as externally with clients and Vendors
- Analyze campaign performance with key metrics and relay reports and actionable insights to clients
- Proof all materials for accuracy, brand compliance, and fulfillment of creative brief
- Assist design team on various website build-outs and page production tasks
- Assist on social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns
- Stay current with digital trends and technological advancement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Project coordination and organizational skills
- Web, digital marketing, & communications expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency work environment and multi-task between projects and deadlines
- Marketing automation (Hubspot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus
- Technical skills in WordPress, some HTML, and CSS are a plus

- This will be an in-person position. We are looking for candidates who can commute to our office in Red Bank, NJ.
