White Construction has built a reputation as a trusted general contractor in commercial, institutional, and high-end residential markets. With a legacy rooted in relationships and unmatched quality, the company faced a turning point as new leadership came on board. A bold growth plan was initiated to double company revenue within ten years. Thus, a new division, Signature Homes, was launched to focus on ultra-luxury residences in Austin and beyond.

The challenge was twofold:

  • Refresh the White Construction brand online to better represent its legacy, capabilities, and core values to commercial clients, architects, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Launch a distinct brand and website for Signature Homes that would resonate with a new audience of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their architects seeking one-of-a-kind, multimillion-dollar custom homes.

White Construction’s outdated website was difficult to manage, lacked modern functionality, and did not reflect the company’s stature or ambitions. The firm needed a dual solution that would technically allow them to manage both sites and easily modify and scale content when needed.

  • A refreshed White Construction website designed to showcase the company’s 50+ year legacy, commercial expertise, and strong culture of “Building Success Together.”
  • A distinct Signature Homes website crafted to appeal to an elite audience of architects, designers, and ultra-wealthy homeowners who expect discretion, craftsmanship, and a seamless client experience.

Our process began with a comprehensive discovery phase, including leadership interviews, in-depth surveys, and persona development for three core audiences: architects, developers, and luxury homeowners. These insights guided the development of a strategic site architecture designed to highlight both the professionalism of White Construction and the artistry of Signature Homes.

The result was two connected but differentiated digital platforms. The White Construction site communicated the organization’s stability and trust, while the Signature Homes site was built to inspire aspiration and exclusivity.
