Splendor is an award-winning creative agency in Red Bank, NJ. We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and conceptual Freelance Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The immediate role will be freelance, with the potential to become “permalance” and possibly an in-house position (part-time or full-time) in the future.
This is a great hands-on learning environment where you’ll be assisting with digital marketing campaigns, print, and web design projects for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities
- Creating visually compelling design and graphic solutions for digital campaigns across a variety of digital and print media
- Print design & print production
- Visual identity design
- Ability to assist with various design and production tasks on behalf of Executive Creative Directors and Senior Designers/Art Directors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without sacrificing design integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Print production and presentation design experience
- Strong layout and page composition skills
- Knowledge of typography
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency work environment and multi-task between projects and deadlines
- Communication skills
- Strong portfolio of work
- Knowledge of photo, video, and motion graphics is a plus
- Website layout design, website UX strategy, and website page production are a plus
- Technical skills in WordPress, some HTML, and CSS are a plus
