Part Time – Monday-Friday
9am – 2pm (25 hrs./week)

$22/hr.

Splendor is an award-winning web design, branding, and marketing firm in Red Bank, NJ. We are a fast-paced agency, and you’ll serve as the point person to manage a variety of office, reception, and administrative functions, as well as some marketing support for the agency and a wide range of clients.

Job Duties:

  • Serves as the face of the agency, welcoming staff, visitors, and clients and assisting them as needed
  • Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, packaging, mailing, etc., to act as a liaison between clients and team members to improve customer retention and service
  • Orchestrates billing procedures daily on behalf of the agency for expenses and client accounts via QuickBooks Online
  • Communicate with incoming leads about Splendor’s services, obtain information about their challenges and needs, and relay to Splendor’s Account & Leadership Teams
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity as needed
  • Regular coordination with Splendor’s Bookkeeper and Accountant
  • Coordination with external Vendors (partnerships, production, etc.)
  • Takes an active role in the hiring process (scheduling additional interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.) and in the onboarding process of new team members
  • Coordination of Employee benefits (PTO/vacation, sick time, health insurance, IRA management, etc.)
  • Assisting the Marketing Team with the orchestration of various campaigns (Paid Ads, Email, CRM, Social, SEO, Research, etc.).
  • Work with Management to coordinate events such as company events, parties, culture, and team building activities
  • Manages office equipment and supplies and responsible for regular restocks
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned

Skills Preferred: *

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is a MUST
  • Bookkeeping and experience in QuickBooks is a MUST
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Overall knowledge of office procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate a sharp attention to detail
  • Basic Marketing is a plus (Administrating Ads, Emails, Social, SEO, etc.)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

*This is a part-time role: 9am-2pm, Monday – Friday (25 hrs. per week)

*This job will not be remote. The candidate must be able to work in Red Bank, NJ.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Basic math: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This will be an in-person position. We are looking for candidates who can commute to our office in Red Bank, NJ.
