Known simply as “BAR”, this New Haven, CT hotspot needed a sleek, edgy new website to promote its active entertainment schedule, unique atmosphere, delicious pizza and on-premise brewery. With large format, full screen photography, one-of-a-kind navigation menu, and robust administration system, this website design conveys an on-target vibe for this hip nightclub.
This web design project, created by the award winning website design company Splendor Design Group, in cooperation with Heather Bensko of Clover Design, incorporates the use of transparent colors and images, which allow the website background – in this case, large photographs – to remain visible behind the page content. The balance between readability and visual effect is a delicate, but executed well for the BAR.
The content management system (CMS) of this website is based on the WordPress system. Our WordPress website development allows the client to make changes to the pages through a robust backend administration system.
