Splendor recently opened its newly renovated and expanded office at 50 Broad St. in Red Bank, where it occupies more than 2,000 square feet as the sole occupant of the building’s second floor.

Creative agency Splendor has unveiled a newly renovated and expanded office in Red Bank to support its growing client base, including a roster of prominent commercial real estate firms.

Based in the borough’s downtown, the company said it has doubled its footprint to four office suites at 50 Broad St., making it the sole occupant of the building’s second floor and providing more than 2,000 square feet. The move follows its strong growth during the COVID-19 pandemic, when it added new clients across the country and internationally, while making six new hires to strengthen its management, creative and operations teams.

“Because so much of our work is in commercial real estate, we witnessed firsthand the slowdown of office leasing, and a big push toward hybrid and remote workforces,” said Adam Taylor, Splendor’s founder and CEO. “But there was no doubt in my mind that Splendor needed to be 100 percent in-person. So we went all-in and designed the new space to facilitate collaboration and inspire creativity.”

As Taylor noted, Splendor quickly began making plans for a total renovation of the entire second floor of its office on Broad Street. The renovated space includes a new conference room, a smaller meeting space dubbed the Think Tank, a new kitchen pantry and an additional ADA restroom.

The firm also removed the demising wall between suites three and four, creating a massive, open working floor plan.

“For the past 12 years, we’ve been on the best block, on the best street, in one of the coolest towns in the state,” Taylor said. “We knew it was time to double down and make some long-term plans.”
