Splendor Named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

We’re proud to share that Splendor has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual list recognizing America’s fastest-growing private companies.

For us, this recognition is about more than a number or a spot on a list. It reflects the growth we’ve experienced as an agency, the evolution of our work, and the incredible clients and team members who have helped us get here.

It also comes at a pretty interesting time for marketing.

The Way Companies Grow Is Changing

Artificial intelligence, changing buyer behavior, and new methods of search and digital discovery are reshaping how organizations build visibility, establish authority, and influence buying decisions.

The traditional path from marketing to sales isn’t quite so linear anymore.

Buyers are researching, comparing, and forming opinions long before they contact a company. They’re looking for information, evaluating their options, and deciding who they trust before a sales conversation ever begins.

That means companies need to think differently about how they show up.

For us, that’s where owning the conversation before the conversion comes in.

It’s about helping organizations shape what buyers see, understand, and believe about them before they’re ready to talk to sales.

Splendor Has Evolved Along the Way

Splendor wasn’t always the agency it is today.

Originally founded as Splendor Design Group, we built our reputation through branding, graphic design, and website development. Those capabilities are still an important part of our work, but as our clients’ needs evolved, so did we.

Today, Splendor is a human-led, AI-guided creative agency that combines strategy, branding, optimized websites, and connected growth systems.

The goal is simple: help B2B organizations shape how they’re discovered, understood, and trusted before buyers engage with sales.

That work spans a range of complex B2B industries, including professional services, commercial real estate, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and financial services.

And while the industries may be different, the challenge is often similar. Companies need to communicate their value clearly, earn trust earlier, and make sure the right people can find them when they’re looking.

It All Comes Back to Connection

We’ve never believed that branding, websites, search, content, and demand generation should operate in separate silos.

Buyers don’t experience them that way.

They experience one brand. One website. One search result. One piece of content. One overall impression of a company.

That’s why Splendor approaches these capabilities as a connected growth system designed to strengthen visibility, build authority, and influence buyer perception throughout the buying journey.

It’s also why the continued evolution of AI matters so much.

As AI changes search, content creation, and digital discovery, organizations need more than another technology solution. They need a strategy for staying visible, relevant, and competitive in a marketplace where the way people find and evaluate companies continues to change.

We believe the answer is a combination of human expertise and emerging technology.

Human-led. AI-guided.

A Recognition We’re Proud to Share

Being named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 is a meaningful milestone for Splendor. It validates the direction we’ve taken as an agency and, more importantly, reflects the work our team has done for our clients.

As Mark Cerame, our Head of Strategy, put it, “Being named to the Inc. 5000 validates the direction we’ve taken and the incredible work our team has done for our clients.”

That’s really what we’re celebrating.

The growth is exciting. The recognition is exciting. But what matters most is the work behind both.

We’re grateful to the clients who have trusted us with their brands, their businesses, and their biggest marketing challenges. And we’re proud of the team that continues to push Splendor forward as the marketing landscape changes around us.

The Inc. 5000 is a milestone.

But we’re already looking toward what comes next
