Being a digital media agency ourselves, we understand the importance of web presence in this day and age. Our website, like many other e-commerce companies, is our shop window. With this said, choosing the right web designer/developer to help us build our company’s new website was a huge decision and one we could not afford to get wrong.
Our first interaction with Adam Taylor and his team was at their offices in Red Bank, NJ, and from the minute we arrived, you could just tell that Splendor was a professional, well run, award-winning operation. After a three hour meeting with Adam, it was clear that he and his team had all of the credentials to help us accomplish what we needed, so we decided to move forward in using their services.
Due to our logistical restraints, the majority of the project was conducted over the telephone. This was something we had reservations about going into the project. We felt that the success of the project hinged on the capabilities of Adam and his team in being able to communicate clearly with us at every stage of the design build. They did not disappoint– the dialogue was clear, concise, and frankly, a process we thoroughly enjoyed.
As a relatively young company, our budget was tight and one that we certainly stretched to meet the design brief that we wanted. However the day we went LIVE with our new site was the day we knew it was money well spent. From the design of the site all the way through to the tutorial video they supplied us helping us to learn how to use the back-end system, Adam and his team delivered.
