We shifted the focus of the Onyx site to highlight their featured properties, or “success stories,” building a new layout for property pages with large photos and a custom icon set to view amenities at-a-glance. Leveraging their existing website structure, we integrated VTS and gave the site a more streamlined, minimal feel. The site is now optimized for search engine visibility, and features a clean, user-friendly layout.
Splendor orchestrated production of a video for one of Onyx’s properties, Jericho Plaza. Featuring drone footage, renderings and animated floor plans, the video showcases Jericho Plaza’s Class A amenities and renovations.

We devised a series of emails to promote the newly renovated Jericho Plaza to potential tenants. To cut through the noise and clutter of typical CRE promo emails, we kept these short, and incorporated eye-catching animated gifs.
This brochure design showcases Onyx’s properties and growing presence in Ridgewood, NJ. A clean, upscale feel with great use of photography makes this an effective piece of marketing collateral.
Country Club Plaza, another Onyx property, needed a strong brand image to support their upcoming marketing efforts. We created a fresh new logo, and then designed a site to highlight the advantages of CCP’s newly renovated office campus. This streamlined, one-page site features large photo galleries, a prominent list of available suites, links to virtual floor plans, and a unique cinemagraph header.
