The office campus wanted to break from the normal and do something different to attract potential tenants and realized the need for a hook to get people into the park. Splendor was tasked to showcase this property’s first-class amenities, location advantages, and property management expertise to position it as the premier Class-A office space to be.

Through a mix of different pieces of sophisticated collateral, we armed SJP with a suite of dazzling marketing and presentation materials to make meetings and networking with potential tenants memorable. This included amenity and transit maps, a flyer, print brochure and e-brochure, and an email marketing campaign.
