In order to re-introduce and powerfully position the airport-based development (and the city of Pittsburgh as a whole), while shifting the public’s perception of the area, Splendor immersed itself into a comprehensive visual and messaging identity overhaul. As we brought the vision to life, our team worked on the development’s logo, collateral, and a creative brand strategy, message, and position. Our new brand concept revolved around “Neighborhood 91,” which is a new addition to the established 90 neighborhoods inside the city limits.

To help facilitate meetings, tours, and beyond, Splendor designed a suite of marketing materials and collateral for the development team. This suite included custom map design, a print brochure, ad designs, and more. With creative copy and strong visuals, these materials made a lasting impression.
